Would you believe that having pigs listen to classical music can actually better their productivities allowing them to grow bigger and faster? Farmer Nguyen Chi Cong in Dong Nai province, Vietnam, has been playing them Beethoven, Schuber, and Mozart classical music to do just that.

Six years ago, he was playing the music for his workers, but soon found that the pigs were having better appetites and growing faster. Now his 3,000 pigs are listening to the orchestra for 6 hours a day and growing faster than ever.

He believes that the music is not just good for pigs, also good for other domestic animals as well.
