In Taiwan, children were able to take over the Family Mart stores for a day. Family Mart is the third largest convenience store chain in Japan, and has many branches internationally.
Taiwan branches launched their “Little Store Manager Experience Camp” to let young children experience what it’s like to work inside the store.
They were taught many things, from learning the proper way to greet customers with a bow to scanning the items bought by customers. After the training, they were set to test their skills by tending to five special customers, prepared just for them.
How would they react to a customer wearing a panda costume, or a Caucasian customer who doesn’t know much Mandarin?
Check out their cuteness in the video below!
