7,000 Artists Help Launch 30th Annual Harbin International Ice and Snow Festival

As The Harbin International Ice and Snow Festival celebrates its 30th year, more than 7,000 artists have worked to accomplish the finishing touches on the event.


In northeastern China, this festival is celebrated annually by featuring sculptures of different landmarks worldwide. It also features huge slides and ice lanterns.

The exhibit was opened on January 5, with the theme “Happy Ice and Snow, Passionate City.”
