Inflatable Feces in Hong Kong Attracts Attention
Posted on June 13, 2013
The natural reaction of people to a pile of poop is to avoid it, but in Hong Kong, an inflatable pile of poop made by American artist Paul McCarthy attracts locals and tourists alike.
In the International Inflatable Art Exhibit in West Kowloon Cultural District, not only McCarthy’s structure is displayed. Visitors can also jump on the inflatable Stonehenge replica, and wonder at the artwork entitled “Falling into the Mundane World”.
The art museum M Plus is scheduled to open in 2017.
