Just what do you think of when you hear the word “caramel”?

I bet “art” was the last thing you imagined. But this man’s unique food art has attracted many.

His skills are exceptional. Look at how detailed his candy artwork is.

In the video below, look closely at what he is doing and you will see that he is blowing caramel and forming figures out of it.

You may not want to eat food that has been blown on by other people, but why not try it when you visit China? Or, perhaps, not to eat, but as a souvenir?
