One-room Hotel Built Out of Public Restroom
World renowned Japanese artist Tatsu Nishino has made another one of his unique ideas a reality.
In Nakanoshima Park in Osaka, Nishino built a one-room luxury hotel out of half of a public restroom. How crazy is that?

This project was made as a part of an Osaka prefectural art event, the Osaka Canvas Project.
The 22-square-meter room includes a shower and costs 10,000 yen (US$125) per night.
Tatsu’s masterpiece portrays two different lifestyles. While you are relaxing in your sophisticated room, others are relieving themselves.
And if you listen, you can even hear them taking care of their business!
