Speed cooking is familiar to a lot of us as cooking contests always take note of the time. But a new spin on speed cooking has been gaining a lot of interest lately.

Watch the video below. The chef’s hands move so swiftly, removing the animals’ insides, dropping them into hot oil, and finally serving the food to the judges.

He cooks so fast that the snake and fish he was preparing didn’t even have the chance to die just yet!
