Japan is never far behind on new trends. If latte art in cafés, for example, is anything to be in awe about, then Osakan okonomiyaki store has outdone it.
We’re talking about mayonnaise art.
Okonomiyaki is a famous delicacy in Japan, often referred to as a Japanese pancake or Japanese pizza. And almost every province has its own style of cooking it.
In Osaka, a particular store called Okaru keeps its customers coming back for more, not only because of the delicious okonomiyaki but also because of its creative style of presenting it to customers.
Drizzling mayonnaise on food is not as easy as you think because it requires great control to intricately draw designs. One mistake and the masterpiece is ruined.
