Japanese Toy Lets You Create Music on Your Friends
Japanese creations are often weird, but we’ve come to expect that from them. On rare occasions, however, the weirdness is overshadowed by the ingenuity, such as with the little device featured below.
From the Takara Tomy company comes a bizarre little white device that, when held by its users, somehow manages to turn you into a living instrument.
The advertisement for the toy is actually pretty danged clever, though I’ll plead ignorance and say I have no idea how it works. The advert does nothing more than show it in use by a group of oddly dressed individuals simply having fun with it.
And creating musical memories.
The device is small and white with blue buttons and sensors on each of the four corners. The sounds created appear to be dependent on what part of the body you hit.
….there’s a joke in there somewhere.
