Chinese Dogs Get a Colorful Makeover
Is pet grooming going to the dogs in China? That statement is up for debate as folks witness a recent fashion trend emerging from Wuhan, Hubei province, where women are queuing up their pets for a strange new dyeing fad.
Thus, in accordance with this new trend, pet owners want their pets to sport wild and bright colors. The result is an embarrassed-looking dog whose fur has been dyed with a variety of clashing hues.
One dog ended up with a yellow head and lush green body while another equally unlucky poodle donned the colors of the rainbow.
Interestingly enough, Chinese is also putting together an animal protection law so as to ensure that pets are not abused by their owners.
Those proposing the protection law appear determined to pinpoint irresponsible pet owners since the law also pushes for data chip implantation on pets.
If this law is passed, anyone violating animals rights will pay a hefty amount (upto 6,00 yuan) as well as serve a two-week prison time.

used to die my dog with cool aid he loved it..use to lap up the what in the tub no harm done he loved the attention as well from being whatever color at the time. people really need to relax..a slow painful death on your way to hell seems a bit over board shall we say!

one time I was spash bleaching some clothing and my cat got in the way and dipped her tail in the bleach bowl. Shes black so it bleached an orange spot. haha. She grew it out though
