Swine Flu Suit Developed for the Concerned Businessman

With the introduction of a snazzy anti-flu suit that is designed to fend off swine flu, Japanese businessmen can now happily get rid of chunkier protective gear.

Created by a Japanese apparel company called Haruyama Trading Co., this sleek suit is supposed to break down and kill any traces of the virus found on the outfit itself.

The secret ingredient is titanium dioxide which is supposed to eliminate 40% of the virus in just a matter of hours. Incidentally, this is the same chemical folks use in toothpaste and cosmetics.

The manufacturers also assure consumers that the virus fighting coating will still work even after being through the wash a few times.

Looking classy seems to be key to this invention as the suit is available in four suave colors – namely, medium grey, charcoal, navy and a grey pinstripe.

The company has thus far created around 50 000 suits where each one is priced at around $590.

What about his hands and nose. This is where you have the most chances of getting the flu.

Yes but a clothing company doesn't make soap. They are concerned far more about their own wallet than peoples health (to be honest so would I).

Both got good points. the company's failed to protect the most likely places for the flu to be picked up, and whether or not it actually works is dubious because, yes, companies WILL lie for the sake of profit.

You have that right ! It is like some of the over the counter cold relief products. They can cause you to permanently loose your sense of smell. You have to ask the pharmacist about them,The zinc is the culprit

with our current technology i don't think we're able to have such advanced products that can protect nose and hands except for gloves and mask. so are you going to go to work with them on? I think the suit is the minimum we can do to prevent bringing the virus home, i guess?

Yeah, but in Japan, they'll be wearing masks almost 24/7 and there are anti-disinfectant sprays almost everywhere.
