They were careless on any females whom they consider brainless creatures. Any questions on yakuza or Las Vegas just post them there or here. That caused too many 'yubi-kiri' ceremonies. Seems they want to weed out people who would not be trained to be sou-kai-ya or big corporation extortionists. In order to make money on corrupted corporations, they can't afford too violent yakuza members. Also, drug addicted or alcohol addicted people mess ups their money making operations.
