Is There a Motorbike Heaven?

In an effort to curb pollution, the province of Guangdong, in southern China, decided to start confiscating and scrapping some 320,000 motorbikes back in 2004.

They hoped to have all motorbikes confiscated by the start of 2007.

But what was to happen to all the bikes they took from people?

Guangdong is a province and not a city. Two major participating cities in the province are Schenzhen & Dongguan
