Can rats be rendered into simple oils, and /or eaten by maggots to give very fertile compost as is done by hidden folks in the Shanty -Towns, who actually humanure their garden plots,compost everything they cannot eat and survive, disenfranchised, without even decent medical care in the richest and blindest country in the world?
