		<description>I would suspect one of the mounting screws/bolts has pierced an electrical cable. Lighting that bulb means it&#039;s a lot more than a static buildup. At the very least a cable going to earth ground would solve the problem and probably pop the breaker to the line it&#039;s connected to. If the door is being capacitively charged through proximity to a strong source, he has more problems than the door. </description>
