Welcome to Weird Asia News
For whatever reason, this fast food place in Taichung, Taiwan decided to call itself ‘Marihuana‘.

This boy definitely looks… relaxed?

If you happen to be in Taichung while vising Taiwan, Marihuana is located behind the Zhong You Department Store.

If I have an authority to impose the closure of this restaurant...I will do so...Cause that resto might give a wrong connotation to young individuals -that taking such prohibited is just ok...that will gradually result to addiction...
"Concerned Person" who wrote the comment above, is a predator. This restaurant is harming no one. And the plant they named themselves after, is also harming no one. It is a peaceful plant, used not only for "getting high", but also for sleep disorders, AIDS, MS, and many other problems in life. It works well, and works better than the more dangerous drug-store alternatives such as Ambien. The restaurant is engaged in peaceful activity, and it serves people who voluntarily walk in. But the "Concerned Citizen" who posted here above... is a predator. She wants to use whatever power she might have... to take this restaurant out of business, depriving jobs to dozens of people, and depriving choice to the thousands of people who want to visit the Marihuana Restaurant. People like "Concerned Citizen" are the dominators... the creators of the world's problems, both small and large.
ay? connotations to young people dont get them addicted - people make choices when they are old and can afford to buy pot. I think your a connotation. lets blaze up.
it is spelled correctly @ eric havaby it's the difference between grey and gray. it's right either way. smarty.
Of course, it would have been more impressive if they had spelled "Marijuana" correctly.
