They need to revise their action plan. A flimsy net won’t protect the zoo staffs from a 10 tonne rhino…

Hehe, they seem to be prepared for almost anything, except a monkey in Shibuya Train Station. Either way, kudos to them for preparing for most every worst case scenario :]
