		<description>Yes, because if anything is green, its putting expensive washed silicon in an incredibly inefficient angle.  It will never produce any amount of usable power.  Assuming a 22% efficiency with perfect angle, which is insane, and all you do is lie in the sun, then these might produce 16 W hours a day.  Utterly useless.

		<description>How exactly would this work? If they&#039;re solar powered, wouldn&#039;t they need to be exposed in the sun, ie. outside? In public? Ah well, yet another wacky invention from Japan that will probably serve us no purpose whatsoever for the time being.</description>
