I have yet to find a government produced water that qualifies. California, because of having a real potable water shortage has developed government water from sewage and storm runoff. They kill the coliform bacteria but the bodies of the dead bacteia are still in the water. The sanitizors, mainly cholrine but there's more, are pre-cancerous mixtures that do, over time create an environment for celular breakdown and an opportunity for cancer to begin in humons and pets. The word "safe" is arbetrary. There several Luxury World Waters that are the real deal. Don't know about this brand from Japan. Most value is in the eyes of the beholder. Being oppulent is a privelage for those with more money and want to spend it. The poor people have government water and all its atributes to suffer with. The best artesian spring water that is resonably priced and available is from Michigan, the largest area of fresh water in the world. It comes in glass bottles...no BHA leeching and is from an organic farm. Not to name names...but google 'organic spring water' and make up your own mind. That guy knows good water.
