I have a little dog and I ‘d never do that to her. Dogs are meant to be on their feet, not have all their weight pressed upon their chests. That’s blatant animal cruelty.
If the dog were uncomfortable, I’m sure it would be clawing its owner or thrashing about enough for the owner to put it down.
