Apparently 780,000 visits to pornographic web sites was enough for the Japanese government to punish one Japanese civil servant with a demotion and a $190 monthly pay cut.

The Kinokawa city government employee visited porn sites from June 2007 to February 2008, before his computer got infected with a virus which led to his porn addiction being noticed.

Despite the high number of visits, none of the man’s co-workers noticed his activities.

“Each desk is set apart from each other,” one co-worker stated.

You think the guy would have cleared his web history after finishing his daily web orgy, but if you surf for porn that much at work… your prolly not to sharp.
