But hormones that enhance growth are different from hormones related to sexual maturity (testosterone/progesterone/estrogen). The hormones from meat may cause the kids to grow faster (and bigger?) but not in terms of sexual maturation. Most of my friends in primary school (they are Asians) got their first period in year 5 or 6 - 10 or 11 years old, so even we are experiencing the same premature sexual maturity (but we don't tend to abuse our premature maturity thing by having sex at 12 years old). The unfortunate underlying truth of the matter: American girls and boys are force-fed hormone containing meat(beef and pork) in huge amounts and mature sexually very early (10, 11 yrs old!), before the mental maturation even gets started, hence we have female Asian Olympic athletes close to 17 years old, - no periods, no breast development - considered an anomaly by American standards - it is the early developing, hormone forced, unhealthy Americans that are out of step! Asian youths have time, due to differing maturation rates compared to their American counterparts, to get better education, and have a social system that protects them until they are emotionally mature and can make better "life decisions". Americans have, in the mean time, by breeding like rats, 'dumbed down' their schools to the point where their graduates are only capable of routine factory work, which for reasons best left alone, has gone off-shore to Asia! Following America's lead in anything would be stupid to say the least, considering their current dilemmas!
