Chinese New Year 2007 in Shanghai was one of my most memorable experiences in china. Yes it was noisy and went on all night, and days afterwards, but it was something I would recommend to anyone to do once. To see fireworks exploding outside the window of a 13 story apartment was unique to say the least!
