Are you sure the top photo is Fuko?
I am fairly sure those are her knees in the top photo. You can see her skirt in the background, and an absence of shoulders.
If you look away from the *breasts* for a moment you also see that the hair and teeth are all wrong. And face shape.
It looks similar to Fuko. So I think it may be someone deliberately trying to imitate the real (are they real?) Fuko.

Well, as a girl with large boobies herself, I can tell you, she probably ALREADY has back problems. Thank god mine are not that big! In any case, it may or may not be the same girl, but those are definitely real boobs. First of all, as someone else stated they’re a bit saggy, for lack of a better term. Secondly, why get a boob job and not take care of that tummy flab while you’re already there?

in the first picture: her knees are just under her boobs to lift it..
she just uses her hands to form a very nice heart shape using her boobs..
well for me, its a nice thing to have it too since she looks young also just imagine if you try to put your penis between those gigantic boobs, for sure you'll see heaven..
