		<description>Of course it only tracks the cell phone, not the phone: You can just give your phone to someone else and still be unfaithful, or whatever. I agree that a relationship that needs this kind of service is FAIL anyway.</description>

		<description>If your phone service provider has installed the "service" in the basestations, then you can be traced in case of an emergency. The emergency center can look you up in reel time, and they dont need permission to do it if u have called them or if you are reported missing. But it suxx if u have a mobile phone operator that dont have the service and your lost.

I was wrong before, it were free when the service arrived, now days it cost about 25 cent/scan.</description>
