The emergency center can look you up in reel time, and they dont need permission to do it if u have called them or if you are reported missing. But it suxx if u have a mobile phone operator that dont have the service and your lost. Btw: I was wrong before, it were free when the service arrived, now days it cost about 25 cent/scan.
