The suspect told police he had been asked to “see through” the dying process.

“I want to die, how can I die?” Sayaka asked him.
Kazunari wrote back: “I will give you lots of sleeping pills. I will help.”

There was no clear reason as to why Sayaka wanted to kill herself or why she would ask for help.

Rather a serious matter; assisting/taking someone’s life. Not so much weird news, more in the way of tragic news.

Hilarious how people are trying to justify the murder of a person. Really, I find it funny how people can say the dumbest shit online.

Of course you can’t see a problem, because people like yourself, are the problem! You think you are God? No one has the right to take a life, even if asked,(duh)!!

I may not be as bright as you, because i never knew it was legal to assist a person in wanting to die. Perhaps one day, if one of your pals asks you to help him/her to die, we can come visit you in jail.

@stu I fear you may have missed the point of Casual Adventurer’s comment, however, to assist you on your way I’ll spell it out. If the man practises as he preaches, i.e. it is ok for one to commit suicide, then he too should be dead by now.

    unnerstan? uh?

eufanasia is a difficult subject. I mean , yes no body is God,who are we to say who lives or dies. But then If someone is suffereing physically or emotionaly i can understand why they would want to die. Can you imagine lets say if you became paralyzed from head to toe trapped in your own bed day after day, no love, no sex, no fun. I would want to die too.
I really can’t say who’s side i’m on. It’s sad that there is a website like that accepting money for it, but then he’s just trying to help people in a sense. Maybe if he didn’t do it for money, it wouldn’t seem so offensive and sick.

I’m actually with you on this one. It’s hard to decide when euthanasia is okay, but I think it’s the exchange of money that makes it so unsettling… like hiring a hit man for yourself.

no, but she asked. That doesn't mean the guy thought he was God or anything. It isn't like she was walking down the street and he saw her and thought, "Gee, I should kill her!"
Now then I would say he had a God-complex because he had no right to take her life. But when she asked him to, she gave over her rights to him.

He only offered to help her with what she wanted to do. He wasn't saying "everyone should die always" or "Everyone should commit suicide!" Just because you think it is okay for someone to do things in certain circumstances, doesn't mean that they want to do it just then. I can say it's okay to commit suicide, and at the same time, feel no desire to do it. If it is okay to skydive, should everyone skydive? If it is okay to drink, should everyone drink?

It doesn't work like that, moron.
