Police Officer Caught Robbing Vending Machine

Junichiro Kano, a 58 year-old police officer was arrested for attempting to force open a drink vending machines and steal its contents.

A local passerby spotted the crime and alerted the authorities.

so did the passerby inform the cop that was trying to rob the vending machine? since he/she informed the authorities
