An elderly man suffering from Dementia was arrested for stabbing a 86 year-old woman, also suffering dementia, to death with a pair of tweezers on August 1st.
The unidentified man stabbed the lady in the head while she was sleeping in a hospitol in Shizuoka, Japan.
No explanation was given as to the reason for the attack.
