Man Arrested for Hiring Homeless to Grow Marijuana

One Japanese clothing store Manager from Kyoto was arrested recently after giving a homeless man work for 5 years. The 40 year-old resident hired the 57 year-old homeless man to grow marijuana for him in the city of Shima.

The police suspect the store manager had intentions to sell the marijuana and arrested him for breaking the Cannabis Control Law.

You might not know it but Marijuana is not viewed as a minor drug in Japan and the violation can carry the same penalty as if it had been Heroin.

Um lets not use the term “USA” so broadly. This is how it works, there is the “US” and then there is “the west coast”. Now if he moved to the west coast ie. California, Washington, Oregon…he would have very little problem growing, distributing, etc. Hell he can get a cannabis card and be LEGALLY allowed to grow three plants on his own. As for the rest of the backwards country ran by that REALLY SMART MAN…well they can go kill themselves.
