The libraries arenâ€™t the same as in western countries. Here you go to a library to loan a book then go home and read it. There's no lounges or chairs to read at.</description>

		<description>It used to happen all the time in my candy store here in the US. Parents would just give their kids money for the day and tell them to go to the mall. That changed after the lccal arcade went out of business and Sept. 11, but I had one group of girls decide to "camp out" on the floor of my store and wait for 'dad to pick them up'. I asked them when that was, and they told me 3:30 and it was 1:30! I told them to leave and I called the police. These girls were not more than 7 to 9 years old!</description>
