Parents would just give their kids money for the day and tell them to go to the mall. That changed after the lccal arcade went out of business and Sept. 11, but I had one group of girls decide to "camp out" on the floor of my store and wait for 'dad to pick them up'. I asked them when that was, and they told me 3:30 and it was 1:30! I told them to leave and I called the police. These girls were not more than 7 to 9 years old!
