In digg.com you will see inthe bottom said
“DIGG, DIGG IT, DUGG, DIGG THIS, Digg graphics, logos, designs, page headers, button icons, scripts, and other service names are the trademarks of Digg Inc.”

But now someone use the “Digg” word as the domain.

That is Digg.com.my

Check it out.. that is copy of the domain.

This is illegal right?
