-_-;; they’re just conditioning and warming up. You don’t need to have an opponent to warm up for martial arts…. or any sort of sport/sparring in art-form whatsoever. You make it seem like it’s a strange thing. Haven’t you ever seen those American wrestlers bounce up and down by themselves, training?
