What if your alarm charged $$$ to shut up?

I for one would have to kick its ass but apparently one Japanese company has decided that enough people want to pay to sleep to go ahead and produce the first money grubbing alarm clock.

At a whopping $50 cost to start you then have to feed the alarm money every time it goes off in order to have peace and quite again.

To me it seems like something you would put in a hotel room to squeeze another dime out of the nice paying customers but to willingly purchase a device that requires you to continue to pay for your enjoyment. Make sure you manage your money good or you may find yourself unable to sleep in.

It would be a clever way to save up some money if you don’t open it up till it is full!
