I take Ambien and have done a number of strange things including baking bread from scratch, a 6 hour process. I baked 2 dozen cookies one night based on an idea my brother and I came up with for low calorie cookies. I ate 12 cartons of yogurt. Whenever I have done these things I have completely cleaned up all traces and hidden the evidence from myself. I now only take a very low dosage once in awhile and rely on other sleep aids that don't have the side effects. As a life long insomniac I am disappointed because these drug can be taken long term.
