Drunk guy pranks police to test response time

A drunkard from Taiyuan, Shanxi, was taken into custody on Friday after crying wolf to local police.

The image “http://www.chinadaily.com.cn/en/doc/2004-01/08/xinsrc_62787e7d2faf4845a0f75ca3db9a9350_police1.jpg” cannot be displayed, because it contains errors.

A team of police descended on a local hotel to stop a fierce fight after getting a call through the 110 police hotline. However, upon arriving at the hotel, they found a relatively peaceful scene.

The drunkard then approached them, stinking of wine, to announce that the call was really just an experiment to test the police’s response time.
