85 year-old man falls 5 stories with no injuries

An 85-year-old man in Shanghai somehow was unhurt after he fell out of a fifth-floor apartment window on Wednesday.

The elderly man, surnamed Xu, was lying in bed near an open window on Wednesday afternoon. His daughter suddenly heard a strange noise from Xu’s room and rushed in for a look. She found him falling out the window. Xu broke the roof of a shed on the first floor before lying still on the ground.

A medical examination in hospital showed that Xu’s health was perfect.
