3 year-old boy sues mother
A 3-year-old boy in Xi’an, capital of Shaanxi Province, apparently will sue his mother for not taking care of him.
The father of Wang Xiaotong is acting as agent on behalf of his son, saying that the boy’s mother has not been home for two years, and without her care, he cannot grow up in a healthy manner.
In May 2005, the mother left home after a quarrel with the father. Early this month, she sued for divorce, saying that she could not afford to raise her son.

Some people are just not cut out to be mothers. They maybe able to bring life into the world but that doesn’t necessarily make them into a mother.

Someplace else there would be no need for a boy-to-mom lawsuit. Child protecting laws would take care of the kid, while sending mommy to the slammer for this…

They didn't specify what "quarrel" meant. Don't assume it was mild in nature. He could have been extremely verbally or emotionally abusive, maybe even physically. It's hard for any mother to abandon her children. I'm sure she must have a good reason.
