Company requires applicants to love their family

Residents of Anyang, Henan, have applauded a private business that asks applicants whether they are filial, honest and kind before hiring them.

The company is the first in the central province to ask about applicants’ ethics during recruitment interviews.

The owner said his company only wanted to recruit people who are honest and respect their parents. He said dishonest people and those who do not respect their parents would not contribute to the company’s development if they were recruited.
