Recently, a Singapore man was giving out money in a local red light district. He held a bundle of 50 Singapore dollar (around $32) bills and was giving them out to people to “go buy lotto”.

No one understood his purpose but they were happy to be the lucky ones receiving the money. Even weirder was after this man saw a news report on TV, indicating that two girls didn’t get his money because they were late and missed him, he went back and “delivered” the money to the girls.

Many who got the free money went and bought lottos using the numbers printed on the bill but win or lose it was sure their lucky day.
