Malpractice: Lost and Found

This man in Wu Han, China, had been suffering from constant abdominal pain for over 10 years. A year ago, he went to the hospital for an x-ray and found that there was a surgical pincher that was left in his body from gallbladder surgery he previously had over ten years ago.

This poor man sued the hospital for malpractice, but the courts only granted him $7,000 for compensation. He waited and waited but the money has never arrived. “What can I do? I should feel lucky that I didn’t get killed.”
