Like child molestation, there is NO excuse for it. This man, who has been proven (assuming they did a DNA test on the condom and it came back positive), to be a rapist should be castrated, and required to pay damages (emotional, physical, and if pregnant child support/abortion payment as the girl decides), as should all men who are clearly proven to be rapists, although I admit it is quite difficult to determine the rapist in some cases.
