		<description>These people are not attention freaks.. They actually meet at Harajuku Bridge every Sunday, completely dressed up. They even sometimes hide their real names etc. Its just a day in a week they do this and usually these people are  against the dominant old fashioned values of Japan for example they are against working in a company 24/7 for all of their lives ( which is very common in japan) so they switch from one part-time job to another...

If you go ahead and ask them many would reply they dont care about what others think.. They just like to dress up this way, they think its cute and thats why they are doing it...

So it has a deeper social meaning than what your incompetent commment indicates.</description>
