My biggest concern would be the lack of any record if the family has a history of genetic diseases that don't show up until the child is older, like Huntingtons or Muscular Dystrophy or if the child has to have a special diet. I myself have 5 children, and am very thankful that countries are turning to this rather than the actions of countries such as africa where they throw them into a building of sorts to die.
